Job Description

Customer service representative interacts with a company’s customers.

Provide information’s to address inquiries regarding products and services. Deal and help resolve any customer complaints.

Responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with customers on behalf of the company by taking personal and complete responsibility for each customer contact and by ensuring that all customer requirements are completely met.

Specific Duties
  1. Communicate effectively and assist every customer in a timely manner
  2. Provide quality customer service on every call.
    Communicate clearly and effectively and promote good listening skills.
  3. Compile and maintain all required paper works, records, documents, etc.
  4. Follow systems and procedures outlined in company manuals
    Participate as a key team player by supporting operations as needed
Job Requirements
  1. Exceptional phone and customer service skills.
  2. At least 1 year experience in Customer service or Call centre company (FM background – Added advantage)
  3. Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written communications)
  4. Team player and posses leadership skills
  5. Ability to identify and meet customers’ needs and requirements.
  6. Strong attention to details, possessing a sales attitude and interested in preventing errors and solving problems.
  7. Computer literate (Microsoft office applications such as Excel, Outlook, Word)
  8. Must be hardworking, active and energetic
  9. Able to perform multiple tasks efficiently
